Marketing Project Manager (Contract)

This position is being offered as a 12-month contract for maternity leave coverage.

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Project Manager to oversee strategic projects during a maternity leave period. This role involves comprehensive management of project flows and ensures accuracy across all project deliveries, aligning with our organizational goals.The Marketing Project Manager will handle a variety of responsibilities including project planning, execution, and analytics. This role requires a versatile professional who can maintain tight timelines and high standards of accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Oversee all stages of project development from initiation to completion, ensuring projects align with business and departmental strategies.
  • Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute digital campaigns, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and yield measurable results.
  • Consumer Journey Analysis: Analyze and anticipate the impact of projects on consumer journeys and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Content Management: Manage content across digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing strategies and brand voice.
  • Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze feedback from various stakeholders to refine and optimize project outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Regularly report on project progress and analyze project outcomes against set KPIs to guide future projects.
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced, retail or telecommunications environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
