Payroll Coordinator

The Payroll Coordinator plays an important role in managing the administration of GLENTEL’s payroll and group benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter new employee profiles in ADP Workforce Now
  • Enter employee changes in ADP with utmost accuracy, and documenting changes in employee files for clear audit trails
  • Administer monthly benefit enrollments for new and existing employees
  • Prepare employment verification letters as needed
  • Respond to payroll/benefits related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role
  • Highly organized with excellent time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities to meet critical deadlines
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of payroll an asset
  • Written and verbal fluency in French an asset but not required
